Alicia was raised in Augusta and attended Cony High School. After graduating with a B.A. in Communications from Boston College, Alicia returned to Maine and worked at the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine in Portland as their Development Associate & Special Events Coordinator for over 7 years. Alicia is the office manager responsible for all business operations including finance, office management, marketing and document review/compliance.
Alicia returned home to Augusta in 2016, where she and her husband Tyler still reside with their daughters. Prior to joining the Sprague & Curtis team in 2023, Alicia worked for Maine Municipal Association as their Assistant Director of Educational Services where she served municipal employees and elected officials by providing trainings and conferences throughout the state. Alicia also serves as the newly elected Chair of the Board of Directors of the Augusta Colonial Theater.
A Palermo, ME native, Jessica’s professional career has taken her from the mental health field to 12 years in the affordable housing industry, where she gained valuable knowledge in HUD, Rural Development, Low-Income Tax Credit Programs, and customer service. She enjoys helping others and feels fortunate to continue to do that in her position at Sprague & Curtis RE. Real estate has always been an interest of Jessica’s and today she plays an important role in the day-to-day operations at Sprague & Curtis, including but not limited to first point of contact, listing management and overseeing the S&C social media platforms.
Jessica attended Erskine Academy, spent her junior year abroad in northern Germany and then moved to Augusta in 2009. She enjoys spending time in both the mountains and by the ocean, and the greater Augusta area is convenient to both. She has two children, a son who has enlisted in the US Army Reserves and a young daughter who is constantly keeping her on her toes. Jessica loves game nights, beach days, hiking, exploring and traveling with her family.
Born and raised in Lewiston, ME, Kim worked in retail for some time then in the banking industry where she held a variety of positions including data entry, item processing, adjustments, teller and card services.
Her parents were her biggest influence. Her dad was a hardworking mason and jack of all trades. Her mother was a home maker and mother to seven children. Her parents taught Kim about construction and the importance of a loving home. Kim’s start in the real estate business came in 2002 when her husband, Joe Eastman, purchased a duplex in Auburn. Kim took on the title of landlord when Joe deployed just two months after purchasing the building. Kim and her husband now share the landlord responsibilities for their two apartment buildings along with raising their two teenagers, Logan and Emily.
Kim joined Sprague and Curtis Real Estate in 2017. A licensed assistant, Kim manages the pre and post listing stages of S&C’s foreclosure inventory (inspections, billing, data entry, etc.) working closely with sellers including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Vendor Resource.
