Food Trucks Augusta

When you're feeling hungry while exploring the streets of Augusta, there's nothing quite like making your way to your favorite food truck. With freedom of movement and the ability to customize their menus to suit the personality of the chef, food trucks are great places to find items that aren't available at other local restaurants or sample foods that you haven't tried from around the world. You'll often find food trucks in the busiest parts of the city, or catering local events of all sizes. Our REALTORS® know Augusta, and we've put together a list of 5 food trucks you won't want to miss in the area.

  1. KG's Curbside Grill
A long-time favorite for locals close to Augusta homes for sale, you'll often find the KG's Curbside Grill food truck posted up around the city. And when you visit KG's, variety is the name of the game. This food truck has a diverse menu, with burgers, lobster rolls, chicken, fresh-cut fries, fish, and so much more. Everything at this food truck is made fresh, with all beef and chicken sourced from local farms. Depending on when you stop by, you might even get to enjoy some live music with your meal.

  2. Miller's Pride Food Trailer
With a reputation for serving high-quality bar food at very reasonable prices, the Miller's Pride Food Trailer can often be found at local breweries. When you're in the mood for food that's simple but delicious, this is the place to be. Miller's Pride is known for its fresh burgers, delicious fries, and a wide selection of sandwiches. Stop by your favorite local brewery, and grab a great burger to pair with your favorite brew.

  3. Steel House Oven
The Steel House Oven food truck was built from scratch by the owner out of an old moving trailer, and the authentic wood-fired pizzas from this food truck are created with similar love. If you're expecting the usual pizza, you won't find it here. Nearly every one of the unique pies on the menu is created with ingredients and flavors that you won't often find at the typical pizzeria. Even a plain pizza here tastes better since it's made from fresh, local ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven.

  4. The Maine Lobster Lady
Splitting time between Arizona in the winter months and Maine during the summers, you can count on The Maine Lobster Lady serving fresh, delicious, authentic Maine lobster no matter where you find her. Wherever you find the Maine Lobster Lady, you're also likely to find her whole family working in the food truck. The menu here is filled with Maine specialties, including lobster rolls, blueberry lemonade, seafood soups, and homemade desserts.

  5. Sheba's Wicked Kitchen
With wicked spins on your favorite recipes from Maine and beyond, Sheba's Wicked Kitchen specializes in tacos, sliders, and poutine. Sheba's aims to maintain a menu that is anything but boring, with fresh ingredients and new items added to the menu regularly. Street tacos are one of the highlights on the menu, and this is also one of the best spots in the city for poutine. You'll also find a wide selection of sliders, made from beef, pork, chicken, and fresh Maine lobster.
