Augusta Halloween

No matter what your age, you'll find plenty of Halloween fun around Augusta homes for sale. Our real estate agents are ready to celebrate Halloween at these lively upcoming events.

  • 90s and 2000s Halloween Party - Western View Golf Course & Pub, 98 Sightly Ridge Rd., Augusta, ME 04330
Dig those Juicy Couture tracksuits and grunge wear out of your closet, and get ready for some retro fun at the 90s and 2000s Halloween Party. Start out with cocktails and dinner from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., then show off your best moves on the dance floor as DJ Matt James spins the high-energy tunes until 10 p.m. The $10 cover charge and all other proceeds from the evening benefit 4-year-old Rowen Rednour and family via Kelly's Cause for Brain Tumors. Mark your calendar for Saturday, 10/26, for this 21-and-up event.

  • Trick or Treat on Water Street - Water St., Augusta, ME 04330
Trick or Treat on Water Street turns Halloween into a family-friendly community event. Downtown merchants and businesses, along with local police and fire departments, will be providing goodies for safe trick-or-treating. There will also be bounce houses and other activities for the kids, along with live music from Pat Colwell & the Soul Sensations and dance performances at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Come up with a creative outfit for the costume contest sponsored by Merkaba Sol & the Chocolate Shoppe. Trick or Treat on Water Street takes place from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday, 10/31.

  • United Volunteers of Maine Haunted House - Marketplace at Augusta, 197 Civic Center Dr., Augusta, ME 04330
For decades, the United Volunteers of Maine Haunted House has been one of the more eagerly anticipated Halloween events. What makes this haunted house special is that the team of volunteers changes it up each year, so every annual visit is a thrilling new experience. The thrills and chills begin at 7 p.m. on selected nights through November 1. Tickets are $20 and all proceeds help support a number of local non-profit organizations.

  • Boo Ball - Augusta Civic Center, 76 Community Dr., Augusta, ME 04330
Pair your dancing shoes with your spookiest costume and head out to this year's Boo Ball. Popular cover band Something Stupid will be providing the live music and hundreds of dollars in prizes will be awarded to the best costumes of the evening. Stay refreshed with endless eats and a cash bar. Boo Ball takes place from 8 p.m. until the witching hour of midnight on Saturday, 10/26. Tickets are $29.

  • Spooky Skate Party - Maine Ice Vault, 203 Whitten Rd., Hallowell, ME 04347
Put Halloween on ice at the Spooky Skate Party. Maine Ice Vault's rink will be lit up with glow sticks to cast an eerie glow as you glide around the ice. Get mementos of the night at the photo booth and strut your stuff in your creative costume to win some amazing prizes. The concession stand will be open and there will also be lots of treats for everyone. Spooky Skate is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Friday, 10/25, and admission is $12.
