Holiday cheer is in the air here in the Kennebec Valley, and our real estate agents are excited about the return of one of our favorite seasons. Winthrop Holiday Parade - Winthrop, ME

A longstanding tradition in the community of Winthrop, the annual Winthrop Holiday Parade will once again be rolling down Main Street this holiday season! The 2025 parade is scheduled for 3 pm on Saturday, December 6. The festive lineup of colorful floats will start at the top of Main Street and continue through Winthrop's charming downtown.

Western View Golf and Pub is Augusta's beloved 9-hole public golf course, a place where many a fine summer day is spent on the fairways. They also offer a lot of enjoyable events during the colder months, including live music and Karaoke. On December 14, the venue hosts Pictures with Santa at Western View from 12 to 2 pm, offering a great opportunity to bring the whole family out for some holiday cheer.

A Motown Christmas - Gardiner, ME

A Motown Christmas with Pat Colwell & The Soul Sensations is coming to the historic Jonson Hall Opera House in Gardiner on December 20! Performing soulful renditions of classic holiday songs, the band offers the perfect way to warm up a chilly Maine night. The venue is the oldest opera house in the state of Maine, and one of the premier concert venues in the Kennebec Valley. 

Story Songs of the 70s: Christmas Spectacular - Waterville, ME

The stage will be set for Story Songs of the 70s: Christmas Spectacular at the Playhouse at Waterville Station on December 21, bringing a fun-filled night of song to the Kennebec Valley. From 4 to 6 pm, classic songs will be performed by Maine-based singer-songwriter Tom DiMenna. Attendees can expect wintry-themed upbeat favorites and lots of holiday cheer, including songs by Gordon Lightfoot, Cat Stevens, and Harry Chapin.
