brewfest

No matter if you choose Hallowell homes for sale or Augusta homes for sale, you can count on many exciting amenities in your new neighborhood. Our real estate agents know that choosing a new home isn't just about the property itself but also about the community you decide to become a part of.

The Kennebec Valley area is well known for its natural beauty as well as its strong local economy. One of the most enticing parts of living in the region is getting to see the development of small businesses that give our towns and cities a unique flair – and craft breweries are at the forefront of it all.

Maine is one of America's craft brewery capitals. Dozens of breweries in the local area provide you with unique products that are a true taste of Kennebec Valley. Residents and visitors alike come together to celebrate this part of the area's culture with the Kennebec River Brewfest.

The Kennebec River Brewfest is a Unique Testament to Local "Flavor"

Craft brewing has been big business in the Kennebec Valley for more than 20 years now, and Kennebec River Brewfest pays homage to this growing industry. Now coming back for its fifth year, it will take place on August 6, 2022, starting early in the morning.

Admission includes the opportunity to sample more than 100 local brews as well as live entertainment. Water will be provided for free to keep everyone hydrated and safe on what's likely to be a hot day. As of now, eighteen local breweries have signed up to show off their wares, and more may be coming.

You can enjoy your drinks with an assortment of food trucks including fries, burgers, pizza, kebabs, and all kinds of other local favorites. Everything from barbecue to fusion Asian cuisine will be waiting for you to enjoy. Current participants include El Rodeo, Melt, and Shut Up and Eat It Catering.

No Brewfest Would Be Complete Without Live Music

Live music has been a big part of the Brewfest from the very beginning. This year will be no different. The lineup includes local favorites, many with a country flair. After their sets are done, you will have plenty of time to meet and greet the performers.

The live music lineup is slated to include hit songs from The Tourmalines, Rob Burnell, Ellis Falls, and Country Roads. It's sure to be an unforgettable day with plenty of excitement as these Brewfest stars bring the energy to make this special day complete.

Get Your Tickets to the Kennebec River Brewfest Today

Brewfest tickets are already on sale from the official website. Early bird pricing is $30 per participant, while the standard price for online tickets is $40. It's advisable to get a ticket online – admissions are available at the door, but will go for a higher price of $50 per person.

It will all take place at Mill Park in Augusta, a family venue with ample parking and plenty of space for a crowd. Visitors must be at least 21 years of age to enter. Because of the potential for a large crowd, dogs will not be allowed this year. It's not too late to grab your ticket or even sign up as a vendor or food provider.
